•  Providing Gifts from Heart service through telephone number 8014444.

•  Providing automatic Alarm service through telephone number 8013333.

•  Providing Enrolling Information service through telephone number 8015555.

•  Providing School Information service through telephone number 8015678.

SALES AND MARKETING CENTRE

Tasks:

•  Offering CityPhone, VinaPhone, VinaCard and VinaDaily services and to provide after-sale programs.

•  Offering MobiCard, Mobi4U, MobiPlay and other scratch cards.

•  Receiving fixed telephone service requirements (installation and value added services of electronic exchanges).

•  Colleting telecom services charge.

•  Receiving MegaVNN, MegaWAN service requirements (Internet installation and other Internet services such as: changing rates, providing passwowrd, changing account)

CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE

Tasks: Supporting and clearing up all customers' requests about the service.
