Consulting Service Implementation Guidelines
The 1088 telephone
consulting service provided by the Hanoi Telecommunication Company
of the Hanoi Post and Telecommunication has been widely known
and highly appreciated (by its customers).
With
a purpose of providing service of various concepts with good quality,
the Hanoi Telecommunication Company is willing to co-operate with
capable and experienced consultants.
Necessary
procedures to develop a co-operation include:
- The consultant shall make the 1088 advisory co-operation
scheme, in which it clearly indicates: purpose of co-operation,
consulting capability and experience, details of consulting aspects,
list of consulting experts, office location, number of phones,
number of shifts and shift duration.

Along with the co-operation scheme, the advisor should submit
his notarized Business License, college graduation certificate
of his experts in compliance with his consulting profession to
the Hanoi Telecommunication Company.

After the consultant has completed the submission, the Hanoi Telecommunication
Company shall directly verify the consultant’s office facilities.
-
If the consultant meets all demands set forth by the Hanoi Telecommunication
Company, the 2 parties shall enter into the service contract on
the basis of mutual agreement on service charge sharing portion.
Compulsory
requirements:
- The consultant
needs to have a Business license that complies with the consulting
service he shall provide.

The consulting experts should inherit a university/college education
with the same profession with what they are to consult.

The consultant’s office should have a quiet atmosphere that
appropriates to telephone consulting service.
