How to send a gift through 8014444

The first option:

1. Dial 8014444.

2. Press 1 to select a gift by its code.

3. Enter the code and press #.

4. To hear the song/story/poem, press 88 and finish with #. To send it, press 88 and finish with #.

5. Enter the date you want to send the gift by dialing a two digit number from 01 to 31 to set the day, another two digit number from 01 to 12 to set the month, and a four digit number from 2005 to set the year, and finish with #. If you make a mistake, please press * to retry.

6. Enter the time you want to send the gift by dialing a two digit number from 00 to 23 to set the hour and another two digit number from 00 to 59 to set the minute and finish with #. If you make a mistake, please press * to reset the time.

7. Enter the telephone number you want to send the gift and finish with #. If you make a mistake, please press * to retry.

8. Press any key and read your message after the beep, and if you make a mistake, please press * to retry. ( The maximum time for reading one message is 01 minute)

9. If desired, press * to read again, press the number 1 to enjoy the gift yourself, press the number 2 to delete the gift, press the number 3 to forward the gift to other telephone numbers (05 telephone numbers in maximum for each time), press 4 to choose another gift.

10. Set down the receiver to finish.

The second option:

1. Dial 8014444.

2. Press 2 to select the gift by entering first characters of every word in the song title. This can be done by pressing corresponding numbers of those characters on your phone, and finish with # or press * to listen to our instruction. ( The maximum time for reading one message is 01 minute).

3. Follow from step 4 of the first option.

E.g.: If you want to hear the song” Cuoi len ban nhe”, at step 2 please dial 2526 and finish with #.

Numbers 2526 present letters C, L, B, N. Our system will offer you 2 songs. Please press 1 or 2 to select the song and finish with #.

Number 1 presents the song” Cuoi len ban nhe”.

Number 2 presents the song” Biet khuc cho nhau”.

Note:

1. You may wish to use the following instruction if your telephone has no letters on it.

Key 2: Presents letters A, B, C.

Key 3: Presents letters D, E, F.

Key 4: Presents letters G, H, I.

Key 5: Presents letters J, K, L.

Key 6: Presents letters M, N, O.

Key 7: Presents letters P, Q, R, S.

Key 8: Presents letters T, U, V.

Key 9: Presents letters Ư, X, Y, Z.

2. Operational time for the service on normal week days, Saturdays and Sundays is from 06 a.m to 10.30 p.m. For special holidays such as Tet holidays, the Valentine day, International Women day, Christmast day or New Year, you may probably use the service 24h/24.

2. The maximum telephone numbers of service operation: 05 numbers for 01 time service registration.

3. In case the recipient fails to receive the gift you want to send him/her (E.g.: His/her telephone line is busy), our system will resend the song. The operation will be set up automatically, every 10 minute from time of service failure and with maximum of 10 times.

4. The minimum time of service operation: 15 minutes from the moment you finish your service registration.

5. The maximum time of service operation: one month from the moment you finish your service registration.
